Take part in Studieskolen's online Danish Language and Culture Summer Course
The course lasts for three weeks from Monday, 20 July to Friday, 7 August, 2020. The course will be conducted online using Zoom.
You will take four Danish lessons every morning from Monday to Friday. In the afternoons, you can participate in lectures on Danish language and culture. Please find the programme here.
Classes and levels You will learn most in a class where everyone is at the same level. To ensure this, we will test all participants with a written and oral placement test before the course starts. We will form five language groups ranging from beginner to advanced levels (A1 to C1 on the International framework CEFR).
Final test and diploma
When you have finished the course, you can take a test - so you can prove how much you have learned. We will issue diplomas to students who have participated in the entire course and taken the final test.
Register You can register here on the website. Before you register, please take our online level placement test. After completing the test, it will be easier for you to decide which level to register for. Click here to take the test.
The course has a Facebook page where you can find the programme, follow updates and ask general questions.
You can contact course manager Lars Skov at: email@example.com.
The students are gathered on Studieskolen's roof terrace. From here you can see all of Copenhagen and all the way to Sweden!
Great course! I learned a lot and had lots of fun.
I feel much more secure about taking a second year of Danish at my university this autumn. I hope I can return to Studieskolen next summer and continue to improve on the language of my heritage! Tusind tak Studieskolen!!
Student, summer 2019
All the teachers at Studieskolen spoke clearly, were knowledgable about Danish language and culture, and seemed very enthusiastic about teaching. It was refreshing to see instructors who clearly love their jobs.
