C2 TED Talks
This TED Talks course provides you with inspiring ideas and authentic language input from people who communicate passionately and persuasively. Topics are introduced through chosen TED Talks, which will be watched and discussed in groups.
You are invited to explore life-changing stories and develop a deeper understanding of various topics. Each class has a clear communicative aim to enable you to express yourself powerfully and proficiently in both your professional and personal life. There is a focus on critical thinking and expression.
The topics covered will include internet sensations, learning and memory, the meaning of success and innovation.
The course focuses on all the four language skills: speaking, listening, reading and writing as well as grammar, pronunciation and vocabulary. We will study grammar such as verb and adjective patterns, conditionals and word order. Improving your grammar means that you will be able to communicate more precisely.
