Denmark is well known internationally for the architect Jørn Utzon's footprint at Bennelong Point in 1973 - with the Sydney Opera house. Since then, Danish architects have also gained further international recognition, with architects like Bjarke Ingels and Jan Gehl, by focusing e.g. on climate-friendliness, and “the Life between Buildings” - becoming a hallmark of city planning in Copenhagen and around the World.

You’ll get an insight into the ideas and solutions behind major Danish architects, giving you a different perspective on how architecture has shaped the Danish capital, and how you can re-discover the city.

The talk is in English, you are welcome to ask questions in English or Danish.
