If you learn to speak Turkish, you will be able to speak with the 80 million Turks who live in Turkey, and the many Turks who live in other countries, such as Denmark, Greece and Cyprus. So this is a language that you will have good opportunities to use in practice in the future. Both when you go on holidays in the south or if you work together with Turks in Denmark.

Since many Turks in Turkey do not speak languages other than their mother tongue, you are directly dependent on being able to speak Turkish in order to communicate with them. In return, you will be richly rewarded for your efforts in the form of smiles from the Turks and extra good service when you speak Turkish. Because the local people are not used to visitors having learned to speak their language and therefore appreciate you who do.

You are welcome to join our Turkish courses. However, you need to be able to speak and understand Danish as classes are taught in a mix of Turkish and Danish.
