* Your municipality might ask you to pay a deposit of 2000 DKK before you can start your Danish class. If you stick to the time frame for deposit reimbursement, you can get your deposit paid back.
International employees at the LEGO Group
The LEGO Group, in collaboration with Studieskolen, offers targeted and effective Danish courses for our international employees. You can participate for free in these Danish courses if you are entitled to Danish Education. The right to Danish Education begins on the date you receive a referral letter from your municipality of residence. The courses are offered at all levels, along with supplementary online learning materials to provide you with the most effective and flexible way to learn Danish.
Are you a beginner?
If you've never learned Danish before, you will be enrolled in a beginners’ class. If you already have some knowledge of Danish, you will be enrolled in a Danish class at your level. If there are too few participants at your level in the LEGO Group, we will instead offer you a Danish course at Studieskolen. This is also free of charge for you.
Classroom learning with your LEGO® colleagues
Studieskolen has over 45 years of experience in teaching Danish, including many years of experience teaching international employees at Danish companies. Our programme at the LEGO Group is designed for busy professionals with classroom teaching once a week, combined with 24/7 access to Studieskolen’s online learning platform.
- We teach at the LEGO Group's location on Østergade 26 B or at Studieskolen.
- Classes will take place from 16:10 to 18:40 at the LEGO Group's location.
- Classes at Studieskolen are offered at a variety of different hours.
Let us help you get started
Before you can begin learning Danish with us, we invite you to a placement interview, where we ensure that you are eligible for free Danish classes. The placement interviews will take place at Studieskolen or online.
During the placement interview, we will focus on, when you would like to get started and at which level. You can join our waiting list for a Danish course at the LEGO Group's location. If there are enough participants, we will start a new Danish course every three months. If you do not wish to wait, you can register directly for a Danish course at Studieskolen. This is also free of charge for you.
