What classes does Studieskolen offer?

Studieskolen starts new Danish Education classes approximately every three weeks.

We offer classes on certain days and times on the following conditions:

  • Demand among students – we need 20-22 students to start a class
  • Teachers’ schedules – a teacher needs to be available
  • Available rooms – we are in four different locations in Copenhagen and cannot offer all classes in all four locations.

Time schedule for classes

We offer classes in four different time schedules:

  • Day classes: 9:00 - 11:35 (not available to students who receive benefits)
  • Early evening classes: 16:30 - 18:35
  • Late evening classes: 18:55 - 21:00
  • Saturday classes: 9:00 - 12:30

Early and late evening classes are the most popular and therefore more frequent.

Number of days

Most classes are twice a week. The most frequent schedules are:

  • Monday and Wednesday
  • Tuesday and Thursday
  • Saturday classes (once a week)

When possible, we also offer classes on other weekdays.

Class types

  • Most of the classes are fully in-person.

Studieskolen is not able to offer twice a week online classes in Danskuddannelse 2 due to insufficient demand.

  • We offer two types of classes:

    • In-person classes: All classes are in person.
    • Flex classes: One day is online, and one day is in person.

    Other kinds of classes

If enough students sign up, Studieskolen is sometimes able to offer:

    • Online classes
    • Crash course in module 1 (3 days a week for 6 weeks)
    • Once a week class from 17:00 to 20:30

How do I select a class with Studieskolen?

If you attend an interview with Studieskolen, we will present you with our available class options for your level. You can then choose the class that best suits you.

If you are not required to attend an interview, we will contact you with available class options for your level.
In case our current class selection does not suit your schedule, you are of course welcome to get back to us later to enquire about class options.

Cancellations

Planned classes with too few students will unfortunately be cancelled. If you have registered for a class that is cancelled, we will offer you another class.
