Do you wish to make a complaint concerning the conditions related to your Danish test?

You can file a complaint related to the circumstances of your test.

The complaint must be written and substantiated. It can concern the basis for the test, the procedures around the test and the evaluation of the test.

You can get a copy of your test by writing to info@studieskolen.dk. We will then get back to you to let you know when and where you can pick up your copy.

You must file your complaint no later than 4 weeks after receiving your evaluation. Send your complaint to info@studieskolen.dk. 4 weeks after you have received your evaluation you can no longer file a complaint related to the test.
