Members of your team can get the free official Danish Education at Studieskolen. They can either join open classes in central Copenhagen, or we can set up classes specifically for your employees.

In free Danish Education classes, members of your team can start from the bottom and learn Danish until they become fluent speakers. They can also simply learn exactly as much as they need.

Who is eligible for free Danish Education?

In order to take part in classes, your employees must:

• Have a Danish CPR number
• Have lived in Denmark for less than 5 years
• Not previously have completed a Danish Education programme
• Pay a deposit of 2000 DKK (this will be returned once they pass the test within the time frame)

There might be some members of your team who are not entitled to free Danish Education. They can still join the classes – but they have to pay for it.

At Studieskolen, your team will receive:

• Free classes as well as official tests and final exams
• Teaching in oral communication, reading comprehension, written Danish, listening comprehension and pronunciation
• Focus on everyday life, work and citizenship
• Individual language screening to ensure the optimal fit
• The option to take the tests for permanent residence or citizenship
• Obligatory tests after each module

How much Danish do your employees already speak?

Whether the members of your team are beginners or advanced speakers, they can learn Danish with us. Studieskolen will test each employee and place them at the level that suits them. We do this using the official Danish Education guidelines from the Ministry of Education. Test and placement are also free.

Where do classes take place?

Your employees can be taught at one of Studieskolen’s locations in Copenhagen: Borgergade 12 (central Copenhagen), Valdemarsgade 16 (Vesterbro), Vognmagergade 8 (KVUC - central Copenhagen).
Alternatively, our teacher can come to the location of your organisation.
